This section of the website is intended to provide you with information and tips that can help you with your journey in Aikido. It contains diagrams and descriptions of techniques, people's views on Aikido and other aids that are designed to help you on your path.
While most of the information is subject to copyright, it is our intent that if there is something of value to you in this section that you take what you can from it, use it and share it with others. This section will contain training aids in the order of basic techniques and Kata that you can practice on your own. This page is currently under construction.
This section will contain a seection ot basic techniques taht can be used as 2-person Kata. within These techniques, Uke must take Nage firmly in the way that is appropriate and maintain connection with Nage throughout the entire technique. Uke should not move his feet until Nage makes it impossible not to, and not adjust his own footwork to maintain his own balance or Nage will not recieve the benefit of the kata.
